REVIEW - Apollo 18
When it comes to horror movies I like the classics. "The Exorcist". John Carpenter's first "Halloween". Stephen King's "Carrie" and "Pet Semetary", and a whole score of movies that I could list off. But ever since "The Blair Witch Project" there have been movies that have bored me, to tears on occasion. This concept of found footage movies was in my snap judgement, quite dumb. Ooooo, a haunted house, scary. But when I saw the poster for "Apollo 18", and read the description I was drawn in. A found footage movie...on the moon? Also the poster hinted at the Soviet's involvement?! Hell, I had to see this movie now. So I waited for it to drop on Zune. What?! It's not like I am getting invited to see these things.
